Bye Bye Long Hair!

So, I usually wait until I'm sitting in the chair at the hair salon to decided exactly what I want to do with my hair.  I've been going to the same hair dresser for over 10years and she knows me well.  I mentioned that Hailey has been wanting me to cut my hair short for a while now...similar to when I cut it off when she was only 15months old.  She has held onto a picture of me with short hair...so.....last minute decisions, decisions.

 Hello short hair!  Hailey was very surprised & happy when my sister brought her the the salon to see the after math!


 So, she requested to go home and take pictures of us...and it wouldn't be the same without some funny faces...

A little bit of sunshine and new endeavors

The weather is warmer and the girls love our backyard paradise. I'm so grateful the both enjoy imagination play, hand-me-down swing sets and space to roam. Hailey has been enjoying her gymnastic class, tricks at home and trying to give me gray hairs....                                                     These girls love their trampoline!                                      Some of their made up games...surprise tag from the great down under...                    Always time for a picture while sitting and playing on the trampoline.                                        They got the biggest kick out of the static ele...

Finalized! ~ Hailey's Ballerina Bedroom Redo

I am totally singing the  HALLELUJAH CHORUS !  After months of contemplating Hailey's bedroom redo and realizing after I started that this was harder than expected with tons of DIY projects...it's DONE!!   Well, at least for now.  Possible that I will continue with cosmetic procedures later, but for now...here it is... Just a walk down memory lane... even though it's totally embarrassing with overflow of clutter in which I strongly dislike... Oh my...look at the bedskirt, lol!  Felt a tad bit sorry for Lindsey who thought she belonged with her favorite stuffed animals in the hammock.... But anyway, after painting her walls pink and hand painting sillhouettes of ballerinas...it was on!  I have been so greatful that God placed the perfect people in my path to finish Hailey's room with one of the Dance mom's, Jenna Pratt who exchanged a ballerina comforter set plus pillows and curtains for a video baby monitor...absolutely perfect! ...
