Lindsey's Room Redo...so far.

Finally had time to redo...or at least get started on Lindsey's room redo! And I think she approved...

My favorite song to sing to Lindsey as I rock her to sleep is, "You are my Sunshine"...and I love when she sings it back to me..."you are my shaa shine."
I also still love the pictures that Beth Simmons(www.bethsimmonsphotography.com) took when Lindsey was 2 weeks old...not ready to put them away...probably will never be.

Thank goodness my dad made this storage closet right after we bought our house! Little did we know that eventually it would make the best toy/clothes/dvd/miscellaneous closet for our precious Lindsey since she got stuck with the smallest room in the house.

Looking forward to random decorating & finishing Hailey's room redo very, very ,very soon!!

A little bit of sunshine and new endeavors

The weather is warmer and the girls love our backyard paradise. I'm so grateful the both enjoy imagination play, hand-me-down swing sets and space to roam. Hailey has been enjoying her gymnastic class, tricks at home and trying to give me gray hairs.... These girls love their trampoline! Some of their made up games...surprise tag from the great down under... Always time for a picture while sitting and playing on the trampoline. They got the biggest kick out of the static ele...

Finalized! ~ Hailey's Ballerina Bedroom Redo

I am totally singing the HALLELUJAH CHORUS ! After months of contemplating Hailey's bedroom redo and realizing after I started that this was harder than expected with tons of DIY projects...it's DONE!! Well, at least for now. Possible that I will continue with cosmetic procedures later, but for now...here it is... Just a walk down memory lane... even though it's totally embarrassing with overflow of clutter in which I strongly dislike... Oh my...look at the bedskirt, lol! Felt a tad bit sorry for Lindsey who thought she belonged with her favorite stuffed animals in the hammock.... But anyway, after painting her walls pink and hand painting sillhouettes of ballerinas...it was on! I have been so greatful that God placed the perfect people in my path to finish Hailey's room with one of the Dance mom's, Jenna Pratt who exchanged a ballerina comforter set plus pillows and curtains for a video baby monitor...absolutely perfect! ...
