Falling teeth and Field trips

It seems after the first tooth, they all start falling out. Pretty sure the tooth fairy had a late night visit to the bank for cash since she tends to not carry a whole lot and use her card most of the time. Hailey lost her other bottom tooth and was so excited! She said it felt strange and it looked like a window in her mouth.








Hailey took a sewing class and learned more of her skill at 
Mimi's. She made herself and her sister a nightgown. Super cute!


Lindsey was so excited that she could fit one of Hailey's ballerina leotard's. The girls had several ballet dvd's, but their dance recital dvd's were their favorite to watch and pretend they were on stage.







Hailey went on her first field trip with her kindergarten class to Mill Mountain Zoo



















So hard to believe she will be graduating from kindergarten soon...time flies!



After losing teeth, both girls had appointments to see their favorite dentist, Dr Scott Anderson. They love the dentist and say he reminds them of Pop. Cavity-free smiles for these girls!

Bye Bye Long Hair!

So, I usually wait until I'm sitting in the chair at the hair salon to decided exactly what I want to do with my hair.  I've been going to the same hair dresser for over 10years and she knows me well.  I mentioned that Hailey has been wanting me to cut my hair short for a while now...similar to when I cut it off when she was only 15months old.  She has held onto a picture of me with short hair...so.....last minute decisions, decisions.                                                    Bye Bye long hair!  Hello short hair!  Hailey was very surprised & happy when my sister brought her the the salon to see the after math!  So, she requested to go home and take pictures of us...and it wouldn't b...

1st Day of Fall 2012

What can I say, other than the 1st day of fall is absolutely beautiful! (even though my girls want to watch Christmas movies today).  Hailey isn't feeling very well, but managed to play outside and enjoy the weather for a little while...and of course get a few pics of the kiddos with our glamorous glittering pumpkins...so girly! Some other accomplishments this week...Hailey read the bedtime story 2 nights ago...might have been a "Dick & Jane" book, but mommy was so proud! Lindsey has taken on "spitting" which we are trying to break!  She also gets a big kick out of putting her mouth on mine or Chris' belly and blowing, followed by, "I pooted!!"  Yep, I think she might be our tomboy...  Hailey had the best attempt at getting Lindsey to try to stop spitting by saying, "Lindsey!
