A Piece of Paradise 2

 There were so many different resturants at the RIU to choose from.  We made reservations at the beginning of the week, for each day ~ breakfast, lunch & dinner...and ate somewhere new every time..so fun!!

 Here's our awesome fruit platter that was waiting for us...after the discussion w/ mgmt staff...I just had to take a pic, along with a bottle of champagne(which we still have, unopened) & yes, we gave in and bought a really starfish off of one of the Jamaicans:)
 ROCK ON!!  We met these party animals one of the 1st nights we were there & they LOVED US, lol...can you tell?  They were from North Carolina, so apparently we had lots in common. They were deep sea divers...funny guys!

Bye Bye Long Hair!

So, I usually wait until I'm sitting in the chair at the hair salon to decided exactly what I want to do with my hair.  I've been going to the same hair dresser for over 10years and she knows me well.  I mentioned that Hailey has been wanting me to cut my hair short for a while now...similar to when I cut it off when she was only 15months old.  She has held onto a picture of me with short hair...so.....last minute decisions, decisions.                                                    Bye Bye long hair!  Hello short hair!  Hailey was very surprised & happy when my sister brought her the the salon to see the after math!  So, she requested to go home and take pictures of us...and it wouldn't b...

1st Day of Fall 2012

What can I say, other than the 1st day of fall is absolutely beautiful! (even though my girls want to watch Christmas movies today).  Hailey isn't feeling very well, but managed to play outside and enjoy the weather for a little while...and of course get a few pics of the kiddos with our glamorous glittering pumpkins...so girly! Some other accomplishments this week...Hailey read the bedtime story 2 nights ago...might have been a "Dick & Jane" book, but mommy was so proud! Lindsey has taken on "spitting" which we are trying to break!  She also gets a big kick out of putting her mouth on mine or Chris' belly and blowing, followed by, "I pooted!!"  Yep, I think she might be our tomboy...  Hailey had the best attempt at getting Lindsey to try to stop spitting by saying, "Lindsey! Stop spitting or you're going to turn into a BOY!!"  Lindsey responded, "Oh noooo!" with her hands on her cheeks and hasn't att...
