Lindsey & Mimi

Her 1st gift...the best part was the card...the infamous "teddy bear" card...

She couldn't get enough of the "teddy bear" card!

Her 1st Winnie the Pooh!  Or as Lindsey calls it "Pooh Bear"

and she got her very own Mini Mouse...Hailey was excited that she could claims her back!  Noticed Mimi still has the "teddy bear" card in hand...:)

and now Pop has the "teddy bear" card!  AND...might I add...look who's walking!!  Yes, she took her 1st few steps a few weeks ago at 11 months old!  She walking pretty good now...time to baby proof!

Move over Baby Einstein...you've been replaced with PraiseBaby!!

And...again, the infamous "teddy bear" card....that should've been the present!

Not real enthused about wearing the birthday hat, but managed to get a pic...

eye-ballin' the cupcakes...she get to one on top!

Ah...balloons...one of the most simple & inexpensive toys there ever was...love it!

Nothin' like a necklace for easy amusement!...w/ Aunt Julie

more balloons!

Such a good big sister...helping her open up her gifts.  And Lindsey discovered a blue fish(bathtub/pool toy)!  That is one of her favorite words today..."fish"

Somebody hit the jackpot!  So proud of Hailey for putting it in the "right" piggy bank!

She loves the fish!

Giving sweet kisses to her baby doll that sings the ABC's

YAY...graduated from her Dr. Browns bottles to a new Dr. Browns sippy cup!

Not sure what to think of everyone singing to her...

and so it begins...has to touch it first..she texture picky:)

She liked it, but had enough...

Hailey had to show off her new garden sign...below her window is "her" garden where she has a rock collection & amongst other "naturey" things.

Pooped after her BIG DAY!!  I think I could stay awake & watch her sleep all night...so peaceful & sweet!

Finalized! ~ Hailey's Ballerina Bedroom Redo

I am totally singing the  HALLELUJAH CHORUS !  After months of contemplating Hailey's bedroom redo and realizing after I started that this was harder than expected with tons of DIY projects...it's DONE!!   Well, at least for now.  Possible that I will continue with cosmetic procedures later, but for now...here it is... Just a walk down memory lane... even though it's totally embarrassing with overflow of clutter in which I strongly dislike... Oh my...look at the bedskirt, lol!  Felt a tad bit sorry for Lindsey who thought she belonged with her favorite stuffed animals in the hammock.... But anyway, after painting her walls pink and hand painting sillhouettes of ballerinas...it was on!  I have been so greatful that God placed the perfect people in my path to finish Hailey's room with one of the Dance mom's, Jenna Pratt who exchanged a ballerina comforter set plus pillows and curtains for a video baby monitor...absolutely perfect! ...

Down memory lane - Winter 2013

If there's one thing I love most, it's snow days!! Down time with fun in the snow and hot chocolate, cuddles and watching some of our favorites like Toot & Puddle, Franklin, Little Bear, The Berenstain Bears, Olivia, The Backyardigans, Sofia the First...or any Christmas movie, especially the Polar Express!  We love snow days!!                                   Nothing better than waking up to snow and homemade fun. The girls decided to dress up our snowlady and chose Snow White after looking through their dress-up clothes...neither of them wanted snow white to melt....   After thawing out and a warm bath, Lindsey always enjoyed playing with her playhouse and would always holler for me to come find her and let me know she was in her house. She loved how she could fit inside and imagination play.... . Lindsey started getting a cold but continued to smile....I mean, who doesn't love that baby...
